You don’t need more information. You need to understand what keeps pulling you back to the same place.
Stuck on Repeat connects the pieces traditional health advice treats separately—and gives you a practical framework for creating change that actually fits your life.
Understand your system. Find what matters. Build something that lasts.
See what’s actually keeping you stuck instead of chasing symptoms, trends, and fragmented advice.
Understand how sleep, stress, recovery, nutrition, movement, and behavior influence one another.
Recognize the patterns, triggers, and coping behaviors that keep pulling you back into the same loop.
Learn how to identify what matters most and make changes in the right order.
Build a system that fits your life, adapts when life changes, and gives you a way forward without constantly starting over.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked with men and women who wanted to improve their health, made real attempts to change, and still found themselves starting over.
They weren’t short on information or effort. Most had tried plenty. Diets, workout programs, supplements, doctors, coaches. Some would make progress for a while, only to watch it disappear. Others were doing a lot of things right and still couldn’t understand why they didn’t feel better, sleep better, have more energy, or see the changes they expected.
And after enough attempts, it gets frustrating. You start wondering what you’re missing. Why does something that seems like it should be simple feel so damn hard? Why can you be disciplined in other parts of your life and still struggle here? Why do you keep ending up back in the same place?
Those questions are what pushed me beyond fitness and nutrition and into recovery, hormones, behavior, stress, sleep, environment, and the systems connecting each of them together. The deeper I went, the clearer something became. We’ve been taught to look at health one problem at a time, even though that isn’t how we experience it.
Stuck on Repeat grew out of that realization. It’s about understanding why change can be so difficult to sustain, what we’ve been missing, and how to stop treating every setback like another reason to start over.
The cycle doesn’t break with another restart. Be the first to know when Stuck on Repeat is released.
