Businesses. Teams. Health. Relationships. New chapters.
For more than three decades, my work has moved through leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, fitness, education, and writing—with more than a few reinventions along the way.
The common thread has always been curiosity: understanding why things work, why they stop working, and what it takes to build something better.
Today, that work is less about any one industry and more about helping people see where they are clearly, make intentional decisions, and keep building what comes next.
Understand what’s really happening before deciding what needs to change.
Make choices with purpose instead of simply reacting to what comes next.
Stay willing to learn, adapt, and change when what worked before no longer does.
Build the clarity, strength, and options to have more choice in how you live and work.
From my early years in the Army through nearly two decades working inside intelligence communities, this chapter shaped much more than my career. It taught me about honor, integrity, service, responsibility, and what it means to be part of something larger than yourself. More than anything, these were the years that helped shape the man I became.
What began as a personal pursuit of fitness became a lifelong study of health, performance, and behavior—and a growing curiosity about why people struggle to change even when they know what to do.
Founded Raise the Bar Fitness and grew it into a seven-figure business—learning firsthand how to build a brand, attract customers, develop offers, lead a team, create systems, and adapt through changing markets, COVID, and the realities of entrepreneurship.
Years of building, marketing, and operating my own businesses grew into coaching and consulting across multiple industries—helping entrepreneurs with strategy, marketing, systems, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth.
After 15 years, I successfully sold Raise the Bar Fitness and stepped into a new chapter—bringing more than three decades of experience in health, business, leadership, and change together through writing, coaching, and speaking.
I'm usually training, riding something with two wheels, reading, writing, spending time with people I care about, or hanging out with a couple of dogs who run most of my life.
